The House of Grey Blog

So the first season of Harmonics is just about written. We have a few more chapters to write, then it’s off to edits. The cover art is coming along (and is going to look sick!) and we are getting everything in order for the podcast, eBook, Print version, and audiobook. Collin and I both agree that someone else should have come up with this story because as excited as we are reading it knowing all the twists and turns, we can only imagine what y’all are in for!

We are still throwing around the ideas for the order of the next project. Basically it’s down to Tournament of Blades or the MASSIVE rewrite of HOG. If it’s TOB, it will be a start to another killer series. If we undertake the rewrite of HOG, you can expect it to take much longer, but at the end you’ll probably have the first THREE books in the HOG series to delve into. Either way, you win.

Episode 26 is in the mix and should drop later today or at the latest, tomorrow first thing.  It is a killer episode with over one and a half hours of content.  For anyone that isn’t caught up, quit slackin’ !  

Also, I was over in the Forum grinning from ear to ear at some of the outlandish posts in the Spoilers, Theories, and Speculation discussion and noticed that there are only 5 replies  in the End of Book Q&A thread.  I don’t know about you, but I always love listening to these at the end of a podcast novel.  It is such a  great way to see little insights into character development, story lines and progression, and just weird stuff that you never thought of.  Plus most authors put in some ‘audio easter eggs’ if you will about their up and coming works. Perhaps I can use my powers of persuasion to get Collin to chip in some serious previews of Tournament of Blades and House of Grey 2.

So I guess this is my gentle prodding to get over there and posts some preguntas.

Ok so I know that was a lame tag line (shut up I love it!), but it’s true and it’s perfectly within the topic I am about to discuss. So here is the deal, we are going to do an episode at the END of the book that includes an interview of both Chris and I discussing a variety of subjects. It’s your basic “Q&A Exit Interview” that most podiobook authors do. For those of you who don’t know what the hell i’m talking about, the Q&A is pretty straight forward. We are going to discuss some of the commonly asked questions concerning The House Of Grey, we already have a list in the works.
